Integral Yoga

breath work (pranayama),
sun salutations, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, inversions,
twists, and deep
relaxation. Her favorite class to teach is Yoga Basics with a lot
of fun thrown in.

union with themselves and the world in which we live.

Ginny Fleming was introduced to kundalini yoga in 1991 by
HarDarshan Khalsa and has been practicing that form of yoga ever
since. In an effort to approach healing a physical illness with
a holistic mind/body/spirit approach, she completed a consecutive
thousand day meditation for 31 minutes a day in 1994. Throughout
her healing journey that has included many forms of complementary
and alternative therapies, kundalini yoga and meditation has been
the most effective and consistently doable and helpful practice
in her life. Ginny completed a series of instructor training classes
taught by HarDarshan in 2000, and has offered private and group
sessions during the past five years. Her desire is to share the
unique benefits of kundalini yoga and meditation with all of us
living in these stressful times who are looking for ways to decompress,
relax, refresh and reconnect. Her classes differ from other forms
of yoga which emphasize physical strength and endurance. Ginnys
classes combine physical exercises with breathwork, chanting, meditation
and relaxation, and are perfect for all ages teenagers through
the golden years, all levels of experience beginners
on up, and all states of health including those with chronic
physical challenges.

evolving practice, which reflects a deep love and commitment to
his teachers and to
Pantanjali's eight-limbed path. Matthew's classes blend the principles
of alignment and the playfulness of vinyasa flow to encourage exploration
of breath and movement, internal observation, acceptance and surrender.
Through these methods we arrive at a profound revelation of our
divine Selves and a deeper connection to the world around us. Om
