Kids Yoga class is back on Tuesday nights
6:00 - 6:45pm.
This class is intended for ages 5-9 but slightly younger or older kids are welcome to try it and see if it works for them.

Tiffany is back and so are the Tuesday and Thursday morning classes. Come check them out!

Class Fees

Classes are only $14 or you can buy an 8 class card for $88. Eight class cards can be used for any class and are good for 90 days.

UNLIMITED Yoga class cards $289. Expires 12/31/2010. UNLIMITED card is not valid for special events and workshops.

Kids classes are $12 or you can buy an 8 class kids card for $64.

Donation classes = Pay what you think the class is worth and can afford.

Student Information

Please be on time! Come a few minutes early to unwind before class.Wear loose stretchy comfortable clothes be prepared to practice barefoot. Mats are available although owning your own is strongly recommended. Do not eat a large meal within 2 hours of class start. If you have any serious medical conditions let the instructor know before class. Remember BREATHE, smile and have fun!
