All Levels Yoga
is managed by the instructor to take each participant to the appropriate
level of challenge for them. This class can be attended by everyone
from beginner / novices to advanced practitioners.
Yoga Basics
is the perfect introduction to Yoga, teaching the fundamentals of
alignment, relaxation and beginning Yoga in a safe and nurturing
environment.
Yoga Basics & Beyond starts with
the basics then slowly builds towards Level 1 .
Yoga Basics Wind Down the same as Yoga
Basics with an added emphasis on relaxation and restorative poses.
Gentle Yoga is good for the beginner,
anyone with injuries or anyone who just wants to slow down. Focusing
on relaxation, deep stretching, simple strengthening and most importantly
breathing, this class creates space for you to unwind.
Kids Yoga,
Bring your kids to join Natalie for a fun playful exploration of
the yoga poses. For kids 5-9 year olds.
Level 1 Yoga is a blend of Flow Yoga
and alignment work with Pranayama (breathing) practices as well.
Geared for beginner through advanced students.
Level 1 Anusara Inspired Yoga is designed
to introduce students to Anusara's Universal Principles of Alignment
and energy loops and spirals. The emphasis will be on standing poses,
while introducing the basic genres of yoga postures, including beginning
backbends, hip-openers, and supine poses. Students will leave feeling
more confident and grounded in their bodies as they work to systematically
stretch and strengthen their hamstrings, hips, backs, and shoulders.
This level is appropriate for students *without* any prior yoga
experience or for those with experience who want to deepen their
understanding of alignment.
Level 1-2 Flow Yoga Move with your
breath through this challenging sequence of poses which will help
you quiet your mind and enjoy a long final relaxation (savasana)
at the end of class. Not recommended for beginners.
Chakra Vinyasa Yoga Level 1-2
Chakras are energy centers that govern our mental, physical and
emotional responses to life. When the chakras are balanced we experience
a natural radiance that ripples out into the world. Join us on the
last Thursday of each month for Level 1-2 classes that will teach
you how to balance and energize your chakras through asana, meditation,
and more.
Mom & Me Yoga
Moms bring their 2-5 year old children to join Natalie or Ashley
& Angel for a fun playful exploration of the yoga poses great
for mom and child.
Kundalini Yoga combines physical poses
and exercises, breath work (pranayama), chanting, meditation and
guided relaxation for a powerful and calming experience.
