Teacher Kat Mulder
Kat has been practicing yoga regularly since 2008. In 2020, she obtained a 200 hour certification through Wake Forest Yoga Teacher Training program. Her greatest influences have been learning the principles of alignment and subtle energy within movement and breath. Gaining body and mind awareness has had a tremendous impact. Kat believes every person can benefit from the practice of yoga in a myriad of ways; physically, emotionally, and mentally.
